Yes, I agree. It almost looks like someone got the wrong stickers delivered/printed, and threw them out, and someone found them and decided to have fun. I literally have thousands of \"redeem XX Greenpoints and save $XX.XX\" stickers that I saved from the trash, and used to play a game where I walked around and stuck them on random people.
MAybe they know about some future strain of the flu and want to let everyone know that only THEY have the H1H1 vaccine.

personally I want to know the where I can save the most on my H1N1.... if I'm going to get sick, I'd much prefer to stay within my budget doing so.
Walgreens has been a major mess with this H1N1 business. I went there, filled out some paperwork, got my shot and went on. Three weeks later I'm getting junk mail from them, using the address I put in the paperwork! Oh, yeah, I make subtle changes to my address, capitalizing this, changing the format slightly, helps me track who the mass mailers are getting my address from. So far AT&T and Walgreens have been caught doing so.
My question is simple; Does Walgreens have the right to use that information so they can use for marketing?

I'm sure the fine print that we never read included something saying that unless you opted out they could use your information in promotional matters as well as sell your information to their 3rd party advertisers.
Depends. Did you read what you signed when you consented to the shot. HIPAA would be the major concern in violation, but as long as they did not disclose health info they are not in the wrong.

I sat in a Walgreens for 2 hours waiting for the regular flu shot while the pharmacists took care of drive through people and the few that were purchasing at their counter. Never again will I go to Walgreens for anything. We ended up going to our doctor and getting it, who, also told us that we should completely AVOID the H1N1 shot.
What a hoax that H1N1 was, eh? Much like global warming and hope and change.. Heh.

we are actually forced to put up the bullseyes by corporate. you should see how all the theatre candy has to have 3 for $3 bullseyes. not only are there the h1n1 bullseyes but shelfstrips, side panel signs, fliers all over the store, buttons we wear, and posters throughout the store. you want to see dumb look at all of the we sell ice or dont forget the ice bullseyes we have to have them on any and all drink, milk, eggs, and ICE. take a look at the spring water/ pure drinking water this month not only are there the normal mylars, theres the easy saver, the weekly ad price, and a buy more save more tag none of which have the same price

Personally it just looks retarded! Some village idiot went to Walgreen's and found a roll of these stickers dropped or otherwise left behind by some employee and decided it would be the joke of the century to stick them on all sorts of products and take cell phone pics of them. I would guess someone in the same age group that lights their farts at summer camp.
No, they were probably put there by an employee. Walgreens uses stickers like that in all sorts of ways.
corporate makes us workers flood the store with them, if we had the time or the amount of stickers they would want them on every item in the store, with a 11x7 sign that says the same thing
As someone who works with HIPAA all day long in research, sharing name and address is definitely a HIPAA violation. If they signed an agreement that it could be shared, that's a different story.

I worked for Walgreens years ago, and while the Atkins fad diet was going on, they made us put \"Low Carb\" stickers on things, even if the item WASN'T low carb. So I made sure that I put the stickers on things I KNEW were low carb, like bottled water, bandaids, and toilette paper. Management didn't find it funny.

Walgreens is trying to offload the huge amount of vaccine they they pre-ordered even before it was made. Seriously, they bought a huge amount and now that the people have woken up they don't want it. Walgreens has a choice, market the hell out of it or dump it down the drain.

FAIL. The time to have offered this vaccine was back in October when we had somewhat of a reason to get hysterical over H1N1. It is now the first week of February. If you were going to get the damned flu, you'd have had it by now. My guess is that Walgreens, CVS, and several factory clinics are stuck with a whole bunch of vaccine and would like to unload it a dose at a time.
I think it's more likely the person taking the photographs put the stickers there.
