I was unimpressed, as I hate social networking sites in general. I closed it without filling anything out. </p><p>Eventually I came across this Consumerist article and started wondering \"hm, do I really want to risk mixing up IRL contacts with online ones? Hell no!\" and was annoyed to see that's exactly what it was doing (I thought I was safe for having ignored it, oops!). I didn't give Buzz permission to let my creepy ex-boyfriend and his dopeass friends to network with me or show me their Buzz threads. </p><p>GG, Google. I just turned it all off. I think I'll just switch email addresses if this crap keeps up. For reasons that escape me, it seems to pic the longest route to any destination... something Garmin and Magellan units have not done.  Google also tries to have me exit highways via exit ramps that were closed years ago, drive on \"paper roads\" that were never actually built and visit businesses that were shut down and torn down before Google Nav ever existed. I set two of them to follow each other. One acct has a public profile with the Google defaults and one does not (unchecked the show who you follow and follows you box).
