Our Flickr Pool is the place where Consumerist readers go and upload photos for possible use in future Consumerist posts. Just be a registered Flickr user, go here, and click "Join Group?" up on the top right, and start hitting "send to group" on your individual photos you want to add to the pool.

Note that if you want them to have a shot at ending up on the Consumerist Friday post, you'll need to open up your sharing settings on your Flickr account so we can grab the HTML from the "Share This" tab. Sorry, but that's the only way to get Flickr and Consumerist to play with each other.

@ovalseven: that's correct, CID is just one method a merchant can optionally use to mitigate fraud but isn't necessarily required (even for online transactions). Heck AVS doesn't need to pass necessarily as well.

@thisisasignin: Maybe so... but kitteh's aren't "Teh Evil" and I don't want to associate them with credit cards. Much better to look at them as self-immolating little demon spawn. (the credit cards, not the kitties)

@Blue387: Probably. It looks like most of the numbers have been mangled in some way, but the first few digits are the ones that identify it as a Citibank Mastercard (ie they're the same on all of them). It's the well lit numbers at the end that worry me.

Add a little photoshop magic to be sure.
