<p>1) They pay above minimum wage (which itself is rather generous)</p>
<p>2) It's not repetitive...they're not script readers like other CSR's, it's rather dynamic because they actually converse with their clients about random stuff</p>
<p>3) Unfulfilling? Wtf is your problem? They're phone reps... if you want a fulfilling job, go volunteer or something.</p>]]>

If perhaps you had the contact information for Robert Dotson, an EECB can be much more effective.</p>
<p>I am at a standstill with Octavio over the refund of an ETF and also his creation of a second ETF as a threat if I didn't drop my complaint.</p>]]>

Even when it comes to refunds on service not rendered or getting discounts, the first rep I talk to gives me what I want. It's wonderful. I've even gotten refunds on things that were entirely my fault, without me even asking.</p>
<p>Conversation went like this:<br />
"What is this $200 extra charge from?"<br />
"The AOL instant messenger program on your new HTC phone uses SMS."<br />
"Oh crap. Sign me up for an SMS/MMS plan then."<br />
"How about I wave the charges, too?<br />

I have to play devil's advocate here and say that she did go way above and beyond the call of duty to get my issue resolved. I'm a happy camper..</p>

You can't get a live person on the phone, and everything must be done through the online chat. It took 4 tries to get them to replace my defective SIM card (not being recognized in any phone).</p>

I think I read something about them losing some contracted towers.  Anyone know when -or if- things will bet better?  If not, we're off to Verizon.</p>]]>

They really do have awesome customer service but coverage has been terible. All over, in all types of weather I am never more then one full bar. I've had multiple phones too. My contract ends this month and I am so happy to be on my way.</p><br />
<p>I'm thinking probably Verizon. With cells I will sacrifice a little on the customer service front if it means I can actually make a phone call when I need to.</p></p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p><p>Just because this is executive customer relations, don't count on getting very far with them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and after their initial response, totally ignored them. I wound up having to file a Small Claims court case against them. Only THIS got their attention and they asked to settle before making it to court. It's a shame that even executive customer relations at T-Mobile allows things to go this far before "working things out."</p></p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p><p>I had a nice experience with T-Mobile recently. Due to two close friends passing with cancer within the last month, we were burning through our allocated 1000 minutes. I called T-mobile and customer service gave me 200 extra minutes per phone. No questions asked. When I said "how much will my bill increase?" the rep said, there's no charge.</p><br />
<p>Thumbs up to T-Mobile. Now if only their coverage and phone selection was as awesome as their customer service.</p></p>]]>
