@ndonahue:

1) Sadly no, I'm from Syracuse NY, just a Sox fan.
2) I do B2C, the stuff I sell is all commercial steel and wood, they don't fit on houses.
3) He's lazy and he wants to avoid making a house call and sitting there answering questions just to have you shop his price to home depot/ etc. etc. (I'm not saying you would, it's just what salesmen fear.)

If you want to make sure you're not getting ripped off, it's actually not a bad idea to identify the style you want and maybe even get them yourself, and get quotes from others to install them.
