Grilled Chicken has a perception of being healthier, and it generally is. But this is loaded with things that make it not exactly grilled chicken. It should be called "Grilled Chicken*". And the ingredients list should be more readily available.

I want to know where the wheat flour comes in. Kinda scary for folks with allergys, the chicken looks like it's not breaded..... It just looks greasy and nasty to me, never was tempted to give it a try personally. Only thing I like from KFC is the fact that our local one is twinned up with a taco bell.

@suburbancowboy: Blegh. Grilled chicken should be chicken, spices or a marinade for flavor, a little oil. That's it. It shouldn't have things you need a medical dictionary to define.

When people think "Grilled Chicken" they think healthy. KFC knows this. That is why they have the product to begin with. Here are the ingredients:

Maltodextrin, Salt, Bleached Wheat Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean and Cottonseed Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Palm Oil, Natural Flavor, Garlic Powder, Soy Sauce (Soybean, Wheat, Salt), Chicken Fat, Chicken Broth, Autolyzed Yeast, Beef Powder, Rendered Beef Fat, Extractives of Turmeric, Dehydrated Carrot, Onion Powder, and Not More Than 2% Each of Calcium Silicate and Silicon Dioxide Added as Anticaking Agents

Many people choose chicken because they don't want beef in their diet. Many people would be upset to find out that the Chicken has beef in it.
When I think "Grilled Chicken" I certainly don't think "Rendered Beef Fat" and Monosodium Glutamate.

This is not a healthy choice by any stretch of the imagination. The ingredients should be listed more clearly and easier to find at a Fast Food restaurant.

If you go to the Nutrition Information page for the grilled chicken on KFC's website ([www.kfc.com] ) the ingredients are not listed there. Only the calories, fat, sodium levels etc. are there. You have to navigate through the site to a pdf file [www.kfc.com] to actually find all of the ingredients for all of their products. The Grilled Chicken can be found on page 7.

DAMN!!! My local KFC just got shut down for selling drugs with their chicken. What timing :-(

Except for restaurants that are not owned by KFC, and those that are in closed markets such as airports and turnpikes, and those that run out of grilled chicken, and those franchises that choose not to participate, etc.
