I mean, according to the NYT Bits blog, Google has \"lifted the curtain\" on this service, and \"formally rolled it out.\" But I just tried it and it doesn't seem to be working.</p><p>Maybe Google has redefined terms like \"rolled out\" and \"lifted the curtain\" and all of those other phrases that imply \"it's working right now\" but doesn't actually mean that it is? Back in the day, when we \"rolled out\" a software product, or an update to one, it meant it was actually <i>there</i> and <i>working</i>. A \"formal rollout\" was even more definitive than that. Does the phrase \"formal rollout\" have a new meaning that I wasn't aware of?</p><p>... Just thinking out loud.
