Knowingly incurring a fee for a service you receive and suing over it is silly enough.  Suing over a fee that you have yet to incur, but will knowingly do so in the future, for a service you will receive but can opt of is beyond ridiculous. Companies weren't charging people for paper bills 10 years ago and we all know they could not care less about the lumberjack industry...shameless fee grab that would affect a wide range of consumers.</p>        </div>	<div class=\"reply\">	 <div class=\"reply-button\"><a title=\"Reply\" href=\"javascript:void(0);\" onclick=\"mtReplyCommentOnClick(15336673, 'AnonyLawyer')\">Reply</a></div>		 	    </div><!-- end reply- button -->    </div></div>                <!-- Display comment (reply comment, which may be a parent of more replies) -->            <div class=\"inner-reply-container\" >                 <!-- Loop through the reply comments -->        <div class=\"reply-container\" >            <div class=\"comment last\" id=\"comment-15336855\">    <div class=\"inner\">	 <div class=\"user-pic\">        <a href=\"http://consumerist.com/cgi-bin/mt/mt-cp.cgi?__mode=view&amp;amp;blog_id=1&amp;amp;id=369324\"><img        src=\"/css/images/default.gif\"        width=\"60\" height=\"60\" alt=\"user-pic\" /></a>    </div>        <div class=\"comment-header\">            <div class=\"asset-meta\"> <div class=\"vcard author\"><a href=\"http://consumerist.com/cgi-bin/mt/mt-cp.cgi?__mode=view&amp;blog_id=1&amp;id=369324\">sponica</a>        </div>				<div class=\"comment-date\"><a href=\"http://consumerist.com/2009/09/t-mobile-ends-paper-billing-fee-for-now.html#comment-15336855\"><abbr class=\"published\" title=\"2009-09-12T13:55:18-05:00\">September 12, 2009  1:55 PM</abbr></a></div>				<div class=\"comment-moderate\"><span><a href=\"javascript:moderateComment(15336855);\">Moderate</a> |</span><a href='javascript:void(0)' onClick=\"return moderate(this, 'http://consumerist.com/cgi-bin/mt/plugins/Moderate/moderate.cgi?__mode=flag&comment_id=15336855');\">Flag for review</a></div>            </div>        </div><!-- end comment header -->        <div class=\"comment-content\">            <p>@<a href=\"#c15336673\" rel=\"nofollow\">AnonyLawyer</a>: yeah, i need that bill mailed to me or else i won't remember to pay it.  it's the reason my credit card bills are the only things that get mailed to me.</p>        </div>	<div class=\"reply\">	 <div class=\"reply-button\"><a title=\"Reply\" href=\"javascript:void(0);\" onclick=\"mtReplyCommentOnClick(15336855, 'sponica')\">Reply</a></div>		 	    </div><!-- end reply- button -->    </div></div>                <!-- Display comment (reply comment, which may be a parent of more replies) -->            <div class=\"inner-reply-container\" >                 <!-- For each reply comment, recursively display any reply comments -->          	    </div>        	</div>     <!-- For each reply comment, recursively display any reply comments -->          	    </div>        	</div>    </div>","","","","","<div class=\"comments-content\">        <div class=\"comment\" id=\"comment-15336633\">    <div class=\"inner\">	 <div class=\"user-pic\">        <a href=\"http://consumerist.com/cgi-bin/mt/mt-cp.cgi?__mode=view&amp;amp;blog_id=1&amp;amp;id=1300994\"><img        src=\"http://consumerist.com/assets_c/userpics/userpic-1300994-100x100.png\"        width=\"60\" height=\"60\" alt=\"user-pic\" /></a>    </div>        <div class=\"comment-header\">            <div class=\"asset-meta\"> <div class=\"vcard author\"><a href=\"http://consumerist.com/cgi-bin/mt/mt-cp.cgi?__mode=view&amp;blog_id=1&amp;id=1300994\">suezahn</a>        </div>				<div class=\"comment-date\"><a href=\"http://consumerist.com/2009/09/t-mobile-ends-paper-billing-fee-for-now.html#comment-15336633\"><abbr class=\"published\" title=\"2009-09-12T13:05:40-05:00\">September 12, 2009  1:05 PM</abbr></a></div>				<div class=\"comment-moderate\"><span><a href=\"javascript:moderateComment(15336633);\">Moderate</a> |</span><a href='javascript:void(0)' onClick=\"return moderate(this, 'http://consumerist.com/cgi-bin/mt/plugins/Moderate/moderate.cgi?__mode=flag&comment_id=15336633');\">Flag for review</a></div>            </div>        </div><!-- end comment header -->        <div class=\"comment-content\">            <p><p>Believe it or not, there are still people in this world who don't live/breathe/bill online, and it's unjust to punish them by charging them extra. Those of you who still live in the 19th century and the thought of computers, technology, and change scare you, you can still pay by sending a check through the mail. And if you absolutely need a paper bill you can print one off the web for NO CHARGE from a t mobile store, or any other computer on the planet that has access to the internet and a printer. They instituted 2 new changes that I found to be material adverse. They told me they were going to charge me $1.50 to mail me a summary bill and they also increased the rate they were going to charge on minutes exceeding my plan rate. I was 21 months into a 24 month contract. I told and also wrote them that I did not agree to their \"change of contract\". They claim these changes do not matter and charged me $200 termination fee.</p><p>T-Mobile has since retracted their policy the $1.50 a month paper bill. However, I canceled before this change and was told the $200 early termination would not be waived.</p><p>I would like the FCC to heavily fine T-Mobile; I'm sure their actions violate some FCC law. I also want them to waive the $200 early termination fee.</p>        </div>	<div class=\"reply\">	 <div class=\"reply-button\"><a title=\"Reply\" href=\"javascript:void(0);\" onclick=\"mtReplyCommentOnClick(15461546, 'wadewood')\">Reply</a></div>		<!-- if it's a top level category ' -->		    </div><!-- end reply- button -->    </div></div>        <!-- Display comment (top level parent) -->    </div>");
