        <![CDATA[<p>An article in today's press stated that there was a shortage of used cars because the clunkers had to be destroyed and were being taken out of the used car pool.  A prediction of increased prices on used car lots was made by a used car executive (I have no idea what a used car executive is).</p>]]>

        <![CDATA[<p>It certainly seemed like the car dealers are taking advantage of the increased demand.  All the cars that qualified at the dealerships we looked at were over invoice with options and the dealers would not budge on price, pretty much wiping out the incentive.  Too bad, it seemed like a good program.  Maybe in a month or two when demand dies down they will be more reasonable.</p>]]>
