Aside from the cool mind trip that you would get by licking (eating a frog) what can you do if you found one in your frozen vegtables? will they give you your money back? would you go to the trouble to get your money back?

There was a frog in my toilet once. I thought someone had somehow crapped on the side of the bowl and didn't flush, and then what I thought was a turd BLINKED at me. If I'd sat down without looking and that thing had hopped, I think I'd still be unconscious. No idea how it got in there.
Is it me, or is food safety a joke in this country? What inspectors?
@BillyDee_CT: Yes, the US has enough food inspectors to inspect every single bag of food that's sold, they're just slacking off. That's it.
@humphrmi: I can see a bad bean getting through, but a dang frog?! I find that incredible. I don't expect them to catch a moldy bean but this is a FROG we're talking about! I mean how did a frog (sans legs) end up in a vegetable factory? It's wacky!
The part that the media is not mentioning is that the Wal-mart where the green beans were purchased was notified immediately after the incident (about 20 min. after) and they neglected to remove the remaining packages from their shelves. Corporate was then notified and they asked what the lot # and the expiration date was on the bag (I guess green beans turn into frogs if they expire) and the location of the store it was purchased at. The Wal-mart representative then said that was all the info they need and that everything could be disposed of. Wal-mart did not notify the manufacturer (Pictsweet) of the complaint for another two days! It was not until the local news station got involved with the ordeal and went to the Health Dept. that the product was pulled from the shelves. FIVE DAYS AFTER THE INCIDENT!!! Wal-mart did NOT voluntarily remove the remaining bags, the Health Dept. made them. Sooo... how valued are we as customers?!?!

I'm glad she had a sense of humor about it. Personally, I would be too busy vomiting out my insides to find the time to laugh about the situation.
@Radi0logy: I hope it was a new bag, not a partially eaten one. Otherwise, I would have been furiously digging through the bowl looking for the other 25% while moaning to myself...
Also, I had frog legs in France, and I really don't see the point. Tiny bits of meat that don't taste particularly good...
