• The "job" is actually a money-making scheme and doesn't provide actual employment.
• The work-at-home scheme claims that you can make lots of money with little effort and no experience.
• You have to pay money upfront in order to be considered for the job or receive more information.
• The exact same tweet touting the program is posted by many different Twitterers. The links in such tweets could lead you to scam sites or install malware onto your computer.
Stay safe, be careful, and remember the real profit center of Twitter: getting companies that have wronged you to listen to you.

I had a complaint with a business go unanswered for 3 years. Recently, they answered by stating that they no longer do business with me so the complaint should be removed. The BBB asked if I was satisfied with this response.. no, of course not, the original complaint was never addressed. The business responds again asking that the complaint be closed since it had been 3 years. I was unable to respond to this in the time frame the BBB wanted (5 days) because I was literally in the middle of nowhere with no computer access. I got back and saw that the BBB had closed the case with a "SATISFIED" resolution. I wrote a very nasty letter to them suggesting that they're completely full of shit for closing a case because I didn't respond in 5 days but the business was allowed 3 years and a bunch of bullshit excuses. I suggested that they should have closed the case UNSATISFIED years ago when the business did nothing. No response, case still "SATISFIED." What a fucking scam.

]]>The guys that run many of these programs are very gifted programmers who have been able to circumnavigate most of the security twitter has put in place, and have automated most of the stuff they now collect money on. Every month or so twitter/facebook/myspace/whatever fad site is around will patch up what was being exploited, and they will update their software in a day or 2 and be right back at it.

]]>I once went to a BBB interview. First, it was a group interview, which was a bad sign. The reps basically sit on the phone all day and cold call businesses and tries to get them to sign up for a membership.
The pay was commission, another bad sign.
Now, I ask, if you file a complaint through BBB on one of it's business members, whose side do you think they'll take?
