Ran to the store to grab a Hershey to see what everyone's talking about. Wow, how can you even describe it as sour if it has no taste? I can buff my car with a Hershey's bar.

I always liked Hersheys but stopped eating it when they closed the local factory and moved it to Mexico.

Though to be honest, I've also had really bad Belgian chocolate so I don't think it's a matter of one US company making bad chocolate - I think it's just that some companies make bad chocolate. Who would have thought that in Belgium there would be bad chocolate? It exists though. I've had it.

On the other hand the Crunch bar I got from the same store was freaking GRAY so it could just be crappy supply at that location.

@Shoelace: Its because they have milk butter solids (I forget what the technical ingerdient name is). I'm intolerant to most milk fats, and Hersheys make me ill.

@menty666: They're novelty versions or sizes that they don't sell in mass quantities to big box stores. I'd also guess that people who still have money for novelty candy aren't spending it on faux chocolate.

Hershey's products always made me feel sick after eating them, could never figure out why, but haven't touched the stuff for decades. Ingredient list always looked OK. Anyone else notice this?

Say what you will haters, but I enjoy Hershey's chocolate over Nestle.
