That pretty much indicates Radio Shack Customer Care is full of it!<p>I myself have already noticed repackaged junk on Radio Shack shelves and I now refuse to buy any thing from Radio Shack </p><p>I can no longer recommend Radio Shack to any of my friends. </p><p>I look at Radio Shack as a store run by and for the urban ghetto crowd.
