Waco police were called to investigate possible life-threatening flatus activity at Clarion Inn hotel this week. A 35-year-old victim received stab wounds to the chest after his friend attacked him for allegedly inexcusable gaseousness in their shared room.
Perhaps his buddy was merely assisting with first aid, in the hopes that an open chest wound might help alleviate gas pressure? But for right now he's in jail on an aggravated assault charge.
Something to think about when you're choosing who to share a hotel room with.

There room are not properly vented to handle a person of the gassish state to help prevent others in the same room from smelling the gas release. We believe that no room should be given without proper ventilation, and should not be given to someone who will not be able to handle the poorly ventilated room."
