Of course, the community guide lines won't allow competitor's names on it at all. You should see the forums there! I've seen Sears typed in as everything from S e a r s to Seerz to S33rs. Same with places like Target, Radio Shack, Buy.com, Amazon.com and EBay.com. It's insane.

]]>ive bought WAAAY too much stuff on newegg and have run into the occasional problem. they have a wide window of no questions asked return policy and you can either file for RMA via the website instantly, on the website via chat (very fast and friendly), and over the phone (some of the best phone support ive ever used.
honestly they are a pleasure to do business with and I only wish more companies would look to them and follow their lead.

I don't have a major problem with Microcenter, their employees seem to be more knowlegeable than Best Buy. If Microcenter's prices were the same as Newegg, I would buy from them.

I've had wonderful experiences with newegg, and won't use best buy ever again, after they tried to charge me an extra $100 for "registry tweaks and remove (and I quote) bloatware" to a laptop I was buying.
Now why would you sell me a laptop with shit on it I don't want and then charge me to take it off? How is that different than viruses that infect your machine and then serve you ads trying to get you to buy their 'anti-virus' program?
