Volume up button on one did not work. Last week sent me a replacement of the same color without asking me to return the broken one. They're super! I had no expectations they could help at this point, so long after the original order. Woot! is an excellent company with rockin' customer service but Smartpost just isn't smart. It takes forever and this isn't the first incident with the Post Office \"losing\" someone's package. My husband ordered webcams from Woot! and didn't get them, didnt' get them, didn't get them. By the time he followed up (partially his fault for taking long but he was having health issues) it was supposedly dropped to the local Post Office a couple weeks before. Lo and behold they didn't know where it was and FedEx records indicate it was at the Post Office. So, Woot! refunded the money.
