@mzs: Its not that simple. The list of 'qualified' stocks is pretty limited to blue-chip's. They planned it very well to avoid MAJOR losses here. You KNOW GE and Microsoft are going to rebound nicely.

Its still brilliant.

This is great for the vacationer too. Just look for a stock that was valued very well back in July and is priced at a tenth of the price now, buy it at today's price, and it is like a 90% discount.
