i'm interested to see if my comment here is actually posted, it will serve me well to know if it's worth it to post here or not, this article is NOTHING compared to this Senate Bill that's about to voted on...vitamins, minerals, hell even "hot rocks" for massage will be legislated away as "medical devices" by the FDA! Talk about a nightmare?...this is it....and Ted Kennedy brings this? geesh, isn't there an AA meeting he's missing? oh, they'll be regulated as well as "practicing medicine without a license" if this bill passes...no kidding...read the Bill.

During Michael Baroody's confirmation hearing for the head of the Consumer Product Safety Commission, tentatively scheduled for May 3rd, I would like you to give him the thumbs down! Please do not vote to approve this child hating monster.
Baroody is the executive vice president of the National Association of Manufacturers, which has consistently worked to undermine the very efforts of the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
