I ordered new service with t-mobile over the phone. 2 phones and a plan and was told when I got my phones home they would be working. they never worked and after 2 weeks of going back and forth to the store to help me figure out the phone. by this time my order i placed over the phone was not charged to my credit card. The sales person gave me a new plan and new simcards in the phone and the phone was working. I had to pay for the plan again. then 2 weeks after tmobile charges me for the order placed over the phone. I have been calling for a few months now to get a partial refund for the plan part of the order I placed on the phone and no one would help me. they all take notes and say there incompentent cash application department will look at it and still nothing. Why why did I switch To T-Mobile

I paid my Verizon land line five days before the due date and I noticed a week after the due date that my payment was listed on my on- line account but it did not get credited to my account. In addition, Verizon added a past due charge to my account and added the previous bill to the current bill. Verizon won't correct their mistake even after they said they would.

Sirs,
I just purchased a new upgraded phone and plan from a very good and pleasant salesman, Jose F. at your Trinity, Fl office, 7278594650. I wanted you to know how easy and comfortable he made my purchase. He explained everything I needed. I hope he gets up his ladder quicker than he planned.
