I emailed them about a card I had not received and did not get a response until I emailed them back saying I finally got it a month later. Well I had another situation and this time I am sure I am not going to be getting my gift cards as I see on her feedback she has scammed at least 7 people including myself. One person lost over $250! I have emailed them multiple times and to no avail. I decided to contact the other users who were defrauded by the same individual. I have, so far received 3 responses  and CardAvenue.com is also ignoring their claims. Here is what they have to say.</p><p><br />\"Dude, I just gave up with Card Avenue.\"</p><p>\"I have also stopped receiving emails from customer service. I don't know what to do anymore.\"</p><p>\"I too am having the same problem with Card Avenue. On February 20 Jonas Kennedy (jkennedy@cardavenue.com ) sent me an email requesting further follow-up stating that the cardaveune claim system hadn't been working properly.
