So, do you only get a $20 rebate once per Paypal account, once per merchant site, or actually once per transaction?  I can't see it happening more than once per Paypal account.</p>
<p>
Also, that PromotionExpert site you linked to mentions "cash rebates up to $20," so maybe there will be a minimum purchase required for the full $20.</p>
