Anyway, it's in the Insurance company's interest not to investigate these losses.  Auto insurance is a regulated industry.  They are only allowed a profit of 7% or something.  So, the more payouts there are, the more they have to raise rates, which equals a larger amount for that 7%.</p><p>Besides, I'd bet dollars to donuts that the people burning their SUVs work for
